Whimsical chess set made from driftwood found on the magical beaches of Humboldt County and beyond. We added vintage bottle cops and discarded jewelry parts to both the Pepsi and Coke sets. This is a one of a kind, functional piece of art that will make a statement in any room. This ‘small’ chess set made to be played on a chess board with squares measuring 2.5 inches to 3 inches square. YES, the board shown was also crafted by us. It is made of reclaimed Coke crates and redwood from an old water tower (with 2.75 inch squares). Note: This is larger than typical tournament chess sets that are often played on boards with squares measuring 1.5 to 2 inches square.
